Purchase & Hire of Operated & Non Operated Plant and Equipment

Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to cover for the provision of annual, seasonal, ad hoc, and long term plant and equipment hire requirements and the purchase of plant and equipment (such as but not limited to Front Wheeled Loaders etc). Hire and purchase encompasses the following service areas “Construction”, “Building”, “Highways and Engineering”, "Traffic Management”, “Winter Maintenance", "Ground Maintenance" and “Other General Maintenance” with and without operators. Delivery of the plant and equipment will be at locations throughout the named participating Authorities, unless otherwise stated by them. This will be specified at the time of order. Further information about the plant type requirements is set out in the Pricing Schedule and Procurement Documents. Lot 1: Non-Operated Plant and equipment (without Operator) - Core Items Framework for the purchase and hire of small and heavy duty plant, road/traffic management equipment and services, construction and agricultural plant & equipment, small plant, tools, portable containers & toilets, storage and skips, portable and modular buildings and winter maintenance equipment specifically Non-Operated Plant and equipment (without Operator) - Core Items.. There may be instances of grant funded purchases during the course of the framework Lot 2: Non-Operated Plant and equipment - Percentage Discount (ad-hoc items not on core list) Framework for the purchase and hire of small and heavy duty plant, road/traffic management equipment and services, construction and agricultural plant & equipment, small plant, tools, portable containers & toilets, storage and skips, portable and modular buildings and winter maintenance equipment specifically Non-Operated Plant and equipment - Percentage Discount (ad-hoc items not on core list). There may be instances of grant funded purchases during the course of the framework Lot 3: Operated Plant and equipment (with Operator) Framework for the purchase and hire of small and heavy duty plant, road/traffic management equipment and services, construction and agricultural plant & equipment, small plant, tools, portable containers & toilets, storage and skips, portable and modular buildings and winter maintenance equipment specifically Operated Plant and equipment (with Operator). There may be instances of grant funded purchases during the course of the framework Lot 4: Grounds Maintenance Equipment (Including Driver Operators where applicable) Framework for the purchase and hire of small and heavy duty plant, road/traffic management equipment and services, construction and agricultural plant & equipment, small plant, tools, portable containers & toilets, storage and skips, portable and modular buildings and winter maintenance equipment specifically Grounds Maintenance Equipment (Including Driver Operators where applicable). There may be instances of grant funded purchases during the course of the framework Lot 5: Temporary Traffic Lights Framework for the purchase and hire of small and heavy duty plant, road/traffic management equipment and services, construction and agricultural plant & equipment, small plant, tools, portable containers & toilets, storage and skips, portable and modular buildings and winter maintenance equipment specifically Temporary Traffic Lights.. There may be instances of grant funded purchases during the course of the framework Lot 6: Winter Maintenance (Including Driver Operators where applicable) Framework for the purchase and hire of small and heavy duty plant, road/traffic management equipment and services, construction and agricultural plant & equipment, small plant, tools, portable containers & toilets, storage and skips, portable and modular buildings and winter maintenance equipment specifically Winter Maintenance (Including Driver Operators where applicable).
