Advisory and consultative engineering services

Description

The competition is for a Framework Agreement with a total provider for the following areas: — consultancy services for the implementation of building applications management in accordance with the Planning and Building Act with a companying regulations, — consultancy services for the implementation of detailed zoning plans, area plans and assistance related to the municipal master plan. The contract may also include assistance in relation to individual disciplines such as architecture, landscape architecture, traffic, geoengineering, etc., — consultancy services in relation to property administration. If possible, 3 or more parallel Framework Agreements will be signed with tenderers who can cover all disciplines. The annual value of the contract is estimated to 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT per year. The volume is dependent on political decision and must regardless be considered an estimate and is not binding. The procurement does not include already begun assignments, unless determined by the Contracting Authority. See part 2, requirement specifications, for further information. Lots and alternative tenders Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has not found this appropriate.
