Troms og Finnmark County Municipality (TFFK), hereafter called the contracting authority invites tenderers to participate in a contest for the purchase of travel agency services. Lot 1: The contract includes booking of travel and overnighting, as well as booking events such as courses and conferences both inland and The travel agency must be able to use the contracting authority's travel contract, in the degree this is possible. Detailed information about the contract, duration etc. will be given after the contract is signed. Other points that affect the contract: - Booking/travel advice during office hours, by telephone or e-mails. - Travel assistance - 24 hours travel assistance in case of cancellations, delays and rebooking (can be provided in co-operation with a third party). - An on-line portal for booking transport and accommodations. - Statistics and reporting The contracting authority will have a solution for persons ordering travel, who order on behalf of others. Employee private travel is not included in the contract.
