River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent contractor to undertake lift upgrading works to both the odd and even lifts situated at Kilblain Court in Greenock, PA15 1SW. A detailed specification is provided at Appendix F. This should be read and fully understood before submitting a tender response. Prior to submitting a tender response, bidders must undertake a site visit. This can be arranged by contacting RCH’s Facilities Co-Ordinator: Email Martin.Mullan@riverclydehomes.org.uk Bidders should be aware that a further program of lift upgrades on an additional 5 properties is expected to be tendered in the new year. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation. It is a prerequisite that any company who wishes to be considered for the contract hold current membership of the Lift & Escalator Industry Association.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
