Cheltenham Borough Council is seeking tenders for the provision of an online licensing tool The objectives of the Project are to: Identify and evaluate opportunities to: Implement an online web platform to deliver Licensing services Offer customers a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week self-service portal Enable the receipt of online applications Develop a leaner, more responsive, more effective Licensing service In addition to the online licensing tool, the winning Supplier will be required to provide Support and Maintenance for an initial three year period. The maximum budget for the purchase of the software is £30,000. We cannot consider bids exceeding this figure (support costs are not included in this figure)
