Description

The Buyer invites tenders for the provision of Estate Professional Services within scope of Lot 1 of the RM6168 Estate Management Services Framework Agreement. These services include, without being limited to: Estate (Property) Management; acquisitions; disposals; rent reviews; lease renewals; dilapidations; valuations; rating support and Procurement Managed Services.The services shall be in respect of property and matters where the Buyer is the owner, the tenant, and/or the landlord.Detailed information is provided in Part 2 of this document.The services of "Asset Management" are also required, this as referred in section 2.2.1 of the ITT document.
