Statsbygg requests tenders for the following: A duty scheme for user equipment it is responsible for at NTNU, Gunnerusgt. 1 in Trondheim (Akrinn) The assignment is for a 24 hour duty contract that will apply for the operation and troubleshooting of NTNU's advanced technical installations and laboratories with the accompanying freezers and refrigeration installations. The intention of the contract is to avoid down time and errors in the installations. A contract will be signed with one tenderer. Lot 1: With a duty scheme 24/7 365 days a year, the tenderer will contribute to limiting down time and the extent of any damage if there is an error in the installations. At first the duty scheme will contribute to limiting any damages that can occur due to technical failures, if the error cannot be easily repaired. A 24 hour contract will be signed that included remote access to the installations. The start-up of the contract will be one month after the contract has been signed, tentatively approx. 1 March 2023.
