Description

Through this competition, the Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement concerning the delivery of bulk materials and the return of waste material to construction projects that are being carried out internally. As transport is a major cost factor for the products, the municipal authority wishes to establish 2 Framework Agreements. 1 agreement will apply when the municipal authority collects / delivers the goods from/to the supplier using its own vehicles. The other Framework Agreement will apply when the supplier delivers the goods to the construction site and also collects waste material for return. The same supplier may be awarded both contracts. Separate project enquiries will be distributed for projects on Austre Åmøy, Vassøy or other islands which only have a ferry connection. Stavanger municipality also reserves the right to hold a competition for deliveries to special individual projects. Stavanger municipality will, from 1.1.2020, merge with Finnøy and Rennesøy municipalities. It is assumed that the contract will be continued in the new municipality after the merger process. The contract will apply when the municipality delivers waste material and collects stones from the tenderer. The contract will apply when the tenderer delivers the goods to the construction site and, at the same time, collects waste material for return.
