Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Scope of Work for Tank 7 and 12

Description

The appointed Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection contractor will be responsible for all the following activities as part of his Scope of Work to be undertaken on both Tank 7 in Bund Number 1 and Tank 12 Located in Bund Number 2, a selection of these responsibilities is outlined as follows ≠ Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection ≠ Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Floor Scanning ≠ EEMUA Inspection and report preparation and submittal ≠ Pre-Inspection Abrasive Blasting Scope to remove the Tank applied coating on areas to be tested via the Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) Technique ≠ Protection of all material and instruments during the Abrasive blasting activities ≠ Access to be provided internally on the Tank Floor to allow safe access to the underside of the Roof supporting structures to facilitate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection activities ≠ The condition cleanliness of the Tank floor and Annular plates will need to be assessed to ensure will Abrasive Blasting and power washing be required to facilitate the Floor Scanning Technology Technique
