ICO as the Authority intends to put in place an Agreement for the provision of Soft FM Services. The initial position, subject to engagement, is for a lotting structure that covers Cleaning, Security, Waste, Pest Control, Hygiene Services & Interior Plants for Wilmslow, Belfast, Cardiff & London sites Lot 1: Cleaning North Region Office Cleaning and window cleaning including consumables for sites Wilmslow and Belfast Lot 2: Cleaning South Office Cleaning and consumables for London and Cardiff Lot 3: General Waste General waste bin removal & Cardboard waste ad hoc wee/furniture waste Lot 4: Pest Control Provide pest control for Wilmslow Lot 5: Security Security services for Wilmslow and occasional services in London Lot 6: Hygiene Provide equipment and cleaning and collection of hygiene products Lot 7: Interior Plants To supply live plants and maintain at Wilmslow
