Provision of Advanced Construction Documentation Services (2025-29)

Description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to a project to establish a Contract for the Provision of Advanced Construction Documentation Services (2025-29) (UOS-37085-2025). Lot 1: The University of Strathclyde (“the University”) is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of activities outlined below. This Contract will include, however, will not be limited to: - Comprehensive photographic, video and web camera (webcam) documentation of the construction project/site: - Documentation software platform (software) which integrates and centralises all visual documentation throughout the construction project: - Indexing and navigation system which indexes and links photographic documentation to actual construction drawings (project plans) by both date and location: - Online interface to access all documentation via standard (desktop) and mobile web browsers: - Mobile application to provide direct access to photographic and webcam documentation from supported mobile devices: - Appointed Service Provider to perform all photographic and video documentation services: - Appointed Service Provider to deliver all webcams and included components: - Appointed Service Provider to provide, maintain, secure and support the documentation software platform and interface; and - Appointed Service Provider must meet all requirements for experience, personnel, certifications/registrations and proximity to project location(s)..
