Description
To support the delivery of the DHSSPS Acquired Brain Injury Action Plan (2009) objectives, the Southern Health and Social Care Trust (the Trust) is seeking tenders for the design and delivery of a social inclusion support service for adults with an acquired brain injury, residing within the Trust area. The Provider will be required to deliver the service in line with service standards as specified by the Regional Acquired Brain Injury Implementation Group.
