ENHT, PAHT, WHHT - Minor Works Framework

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust (ENHT), The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) and West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (WHHT) are seeking to create a collaborative Minor Works Framework to support the respective Contracting Authorities' Estates and Capital departments. It is envisaged that the Framework will be divided into eight lots covering the following minor works category areas: Plumbing Building Fabric Maintenance (including Partitioning) Roofing and Guttering Glazing Flooring Painting and Decorating (Measured Term Contract (MTC)) Mechanical, Electrical and Building (MTC) Water The scope of work will comprise of both regular reactive maintenance together with planned maintenance and new build projects. ENHT, PAHT and WHHT are exploring sourcing pathway options including Open and Competitive Flexible Procedures with an external approved partner organisation, who may provide support and manage the procurement on behalf of the Contracting Authorities. Specifications are similarly at early stages of development.
