ENHT, PAHT, WHHT - Minor Works Framework

Description

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust (ENHT), The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) and West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (WHHT) are seeking to create a collaborative Minor Works Framework to support the respective Contracting Authorities' Estates and Capital departments. It is envisaged that the Framework will either be divided by value banding or by category area. The following minor works disciplines are intended to be covered by the agreement: Plumbing, Building Fabric Maintenance (including Partitioning), Roofing and Guttering, Glazing, Flooring, Painting and Decorating (Measured Term Contract (MTC)), Mechanical, Electrical and Building (MTC), and Water. The scope of work will comprise of both regular reactive maintenance together with planned maintenance and new build projects. ENHT, PAHT and WHHT have explored sourcing pathway options including Open and Competitive Flexible Procedures with an external approved partner organisation (HealthTrust Europe), who are due to provide support and manage the procurement on behalf of the Contracting Authorities, via the HealthTrust Europe e-Tendering Portal (https://healthtrusteurope.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.shtml). Specifications are at early stages of development. The procurement is subject to Cabinet Office Spend Controls and therefore any elements of the proposed procurement strategy may change, following Cabinet Office Spend Controls assurance.
