THR064F Single Supplier Framework Contracts for the provision of Freedom of Information Training Services

Description

The Office of Government Procurement, on behalf of The Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform is seeking submissions for the provision of Freedom of Information Training Services. In summary, the services comprise of the provision of Freedom of Information Training Services, to be provided nationwide to eligible entities (defined below) in relation to the Freedom of Information Act 2014, and to any bodies that become subject to Freedom of Information legislation, whether under the 2014 Act; upon their creation or by way of any subsequent Statutory Instrument (SI), or amendment to the Freedom of Information Act. This single supplier framework will be divided into two [2] lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract (each a “Framework Contract”).
