Provision of Practice Supervision Training Services

Description

Oberstown are seeking to appoint a training provider to train up to 27 managers, with direct responsibility for staff working with young people, in a model of supervision that has an adaptation to individual and group delivery, and an applicability within a coaching framework. The initial requirement is for case supervision training for up to 27 managers between July/August and September 2022 with a completion date of end November 2022 During this time attendees will also be taking annual leave; the successful training provider will be required to schedule training that will facilitate Oberstown staff leave arrangements.
