CBC - Mini Comp ESPO 664_25 Lot 2c - Housing Subsidy Benefit Audit Services - AWARD

Description

​​Crawley Borough Council​ ("the Council") invites tenders for the provision of Housing Subsidy Benefit Audit services. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the ​services​ is scheduled to be on ​Thursday 01 January 2026​ at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of two years and three months until ​Friday 31 March 2028​ with two options to extend for a further one year period each subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council (with the maximum possible contract duration lasting until Sunday 31 March 2030). The Council is procuring this Contract following a mini competition tender process using Lot 2c External Audit Services of Framework ESPO 664_25, and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed within the Specification. The Council is seeking to Contract with an organisation that will manage the Services to the highest levels of satisfaction, professional standards and cost effectiveness. The Contractor will be expected to deliver improvements to service delivery and value for money over the life of the Contract.
