London CIV has 2 separate regulated entities, the Operator and ACS Fund. We are seeking suitable proposals for external audit services for both the Fund and the Operator. London CIV has two separate regulated entities, the Operator and ACS Fund. The winning bidder has been awarded both. Company Audit: — planning, management and execution of annual external audit of London LGPS CIV Ltd. in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework and the Companies Act 2006; — reporting on external audit progress to management and the Compliance, Audit & Risk (CARCO) Committee including attendance at CARCO meetings as appropriate; — provision of an assessment on the London LGPS CIV Ltd.’s financial statements have been properly prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting framework and the Companies Act 2006. Fund Audit: — planning, management and execution of annual funds audit of London ACS Fund in accordance with financial reporting and regulatory framework; as authorised under the UK Financial Services Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
