Network equipment

Description

The contest is for a Framework Agreement (the Framework Agreement) for the procurement of network equipment for Kristiansand Municipality. The framework agreement is a supplementary contract for the current equipment, products must be offered that are compatible with the current equipment. The main firewall and the main routers are exempt from the procurement. The aim of the Framework Agreement is to ensure that the contracting authority has access throughout the entire contract period to network equipment from different manufacturers that is compatible with the contracting authority's existing equipment. It is desirable that tenderer stocks network equipment from as many manufacturers as possible. If the tenderer cannot delivery network equipment from the requested manufacturer, the contracting authority reserves the right to procure the necessary equipment outside the contract as required. Individual procurements of network equipment valued at more than NOK 1 million excluding AT are exempt from the Framework Agreement.
