Request for information regarding NG112

Description

The Danish National Police is the 112-authority in Denmark and is currently preparing a tender regarding a new PSAP1-solution including both a Computer Aided Dispatch-solution (CAD) and call-taker solution. The acquisition of a new PSAP1-solution coin-cides with the new EU legislation (European Accessibility Act (EEA)) which Denmark, as an EU-member state, is required to implement by mid-2027. Therefore, Denmark considers acquiring an ESInet in addition to a new PSAP1-solution to live up to this obligation. With this market dialogue the Danish National Police would like to invite companies with experience within both the field of PSAP1-solutions as well as ESInet to share knowledge and experience on: • Implementation, support and maintenance in Europe • Best tender composition if acquiring both a PSAP1-solution and an ESInet • The maturity of legislation, standards and specifications on member state ESInet • The maturity of the technologies required to implement an ESInet • The maturity of PSAP1-solution to integrate to a national ESInet.
