Job Management System

Description

Wheatley Housing Group uses a Job Management System (Servitor) to manage housing repairs electronically. The purpose of this contract was to re-procure a contract with the provider for Wheatley Homes South (WHS) and to implement it in Wheatley Homes East (WHE). Wheatley Housing Group utilises a job management system called Servitor, for its repair teams. This contract is to re-procure a contract for Wheatley Homes South (WHS), where the system is already implemented. In addition, this contract is to implement the same system for Wheatley Homes East (WHE). By introducing this system to WHE, it presents a consistent approach to our repairs service across the Group and this system also integrates with other systems the Group has procured on a customer focused repairs approach.
