SOW - Organisational Design and Skills Model

Description

NRS has awarded a contract for the provision of workforce strategy and organisational design services to support the development of a skills-based workforce model. The requirement will align organisational design, workforce planning, capability requirements and cost optimisation, with the objective of improving workforce agility, operational effectiveness and long-term affordability across corporate functions and site operations. The scope of services includes the development of a strategic workforce model to assess current and future capability and capacity requirements, identify skills gaps, and inform workforce planning. The service will also define future-state functional and site structures, including clear accountabilities and decision-making responsibilities, and establish a workforce cost model that balances capability needs with affordability, efficiency and long-term sustainability.
