Hayle Town Council wishes to tender the supply of maintenance services to a number of public amenity areas around the town of Hayle. The contract will commence on 1 April 2023 and run for a period of 4 (+1+1) years with a break clause at the end of the first year. Various locations within the parish of Hayle, Cornwall: King George V Memorial Walk Hayle Recreation Ground Station Hill Gardens Millponds The Plantation Hayle Open Air Swimming Pool Hayle Community Centre Allotments Beach Access Specified roads - weed spraying Footpaths Library Cemetery Scope of works: Grass Cutting Hedge/Shrub Trimming Wall Vegetation Clearance Leaf/Debris Clearance Weed Spraying/Removal Tree Inspection/Maintenance Playground Equipment Safety Checks General Property Safety Checks Completed tenders must be returned along with all supporting documents addressed to The Clerk, Hayle Town Council, C/O Savills, 73 Lemon Street, Truro, TR1 2 PN to be received no later that 9.00am, on Monday 16 April 2023. Tenderers must provide 1 x paper copy and are requested to also provide 1 x electronic version supplied on CD or memory stick. Further details are contained in the tender pack.
