Description
Vinmonopolet has 4 employees with law degrees. These 4 lawyers conduct most of the legal work and assessments. In special cases, however, there is a need for special assistance and expertise, both through counseling and representation. Vinmonopolet therefore wants to enter a non-exclusive framework agreement for the requested service. The tender documents are basically prepared based on the current routines and service requirements. It is important that the provider has the competence to cooperate well with the Vinmonopolet's internal lawyers, including the ability to complete a case based on cause of action from the internal lawyers. In this context, there may be a need for transferring competence to the internal lawyers. A detailed description of the delivery is in Appendix 1 of the contract.
