Service concession for the delivery of user-controlled personal assistance for Nittedal Municipality

Description

The contracting authority invites tenderers to apply for the award of a service concession for the service practical assistance and training, organised as user-controlled personal assistance (Norwegian: BPA). There is no limit on the number of tenderers. All tenderers that meet the qualification requirements and minimum requirements related to the service will be awarded a concession. The agreement period is 2 years calculated from 01.09.2023. The Contracting Authority has the option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for one year + one year so that the total possible contract length is four years. The options will be triggered automatically on verbatim terms unless other initiatives are taken by the Contracting Authority. If the Contracting Authority does not want the option to be triggered automatically, this must be communicated to the Tenderer at least 1 month before expiry of the contract.
