Description

eEvaluation software The Authority has exercised the contractual 12 month extension option extending the contract end date from 31 May 2026 to 31 May 2027 for the continued provision of e-Evaluation software licences and technical support. The extension is within the maximum duration expressly permitted in the original call-off contract and does not change the scope, pricing structure, or service requirements. This modification is made and published in accordance with plublic Contract Regulations 2015, Regulations 2015 - Regulation 72,1(a) The modification is clearly provided for in the initial procurement documents, including the extension mechanism, pricing and maximum duration period.
