Clanmil Developments Limited (Contracting Authority) is seeking to appoint an architect-led, multi-disciplinary design team to lead the development of a new social housing scheme at Cliftonpark Avenue, Belfast which will fully integrate with and enhance local communities. Social Housing schemes have the potential to create an exemplar urban extension which will not only make a very positive contribution to the consolidation and future growth of local area, but also in epitomising key objectives and outcomes set out in Local Government strategic plans.
