Description

The scope of this procurement covers the provision of facilities management and logistics (FML) services for the Galileo Reference Centre (GRC). Lot 1: The scope of this procurement covers the provision of facilities management and logistics (FML) services for the Galileo Reference Centre (GRC), including but not limited to: ensuring the management and distribution of the building utilities (electricity (including mains, no-break, and short-break), water, internet (including Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructures), etc.); maintenance of the GRC building facilities, installations, and systems including relevant maintenance coordination with the hosting entity (HE); provision of a service desk that responds to user generated tickets and building alarms and incidents; provision of cleaning services; provision of groundskeeping services (including internal plantings); update of relevant building documentation; Small procurement services; on-site logistics support in the assistance of hosting events.
