Extended Hours Service. Bexley CCG are placing a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency Notice prior to making a direct award, due to the unique essential requirements of the service, namely being based in Bexley and integrated with general practice in Bexley. This is a list based service and an extension to the core hours of General Practice in Bexley. The extended primary care access hubs deliver extended primary care services in Bexley covering Monday — Friday 18:30-20:00, and Saturday and Sunday and Bank holidays 8:00-20:00. The service is electronically linked to Bexley GP registered lists with Information Sharing Agreements in place between the provider and the GP practices. The provider must be delivered from 2 hubs specified by the commissioner (Erith Hospital, and Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup) where accommodation has already been identified. The service will see only Bexley patients. The service is to be integrated into Bexley General Practice, with the expectation that staffing will predominantly be provided by Bexley practices.
