Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing (STAR Housing) is an Arms-Length Management Organisation (ALMO) responsible for the management of Shropshire Council's 4,000 property housing stock. This is an award notice is for a design and construction of the following work carried out: Demolition of former Childrens' Services building and construction of 12nr new build units (7nr 2B4P Houses, 4nr 3B5P Houses and 1nr 2B3P Accessible Bungalow), including all associated external works, drainage, services and infrastructure works at Richmond House, Rutland, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 3QG. This scheme will be completed with all relevant certification by February 2023.
