London & Quadrant Housing Trust are tendering for the provision of Insurance Services for a potential 3 year contract with the option to extend by a further 2 years. L&Q are seeking a qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive programme of insurance services that integrates both Alternative Risk Financing and traditional General Insurance solutions. The services required may include, but are not limited to: • Insurance Broking: Advising on and sourcing appropriate insurance coverage from the market. • Insurance Underwriting: Providing underwriting services where applicable. • Captive Management: Establishing and/or managing captive insurance arrangements as part of the risk financing strategy.
