Description
Nottingham Trent University is looking for video and animation agencies that can either help support us produce a wide range of marketing videos or can help specifically with 1 or more streams of work. The University is aware that video is a key way to communicate with our target audience, drive engagement and is a fantastic way of getting the word out especially when used socially. We do not want to look at video in isolation but also how it fits into a multi-channel customer journey. To achieve this the University is looking for agencies with the ability to be creative and innovative in their approach and that can become part of our virtual Digital Marketing and Creative Services team. An understanding of the University's brand and ambition is essential. As a University we use a matrix approach to the production of videos, including an internal AV support team, who are able to produce a range of video for web and other distribution, and our own students. However we frequently need agency support from specialists in this area to produce higher specification video for use at events and broadcast via the web. We are seeking creative professional agencies for Video production that are able to meet our quick turnarounds and on occasion work with our other video producers. The University is looking for support, across the following areas, in developing these formats so they are engaging and clearly fit with the wider creative marketing strategy: — Formal events — Graduation, Distinguished Lectures; — Location and environment — Nottingham, campus x 3, accommodations, facilities; — Student and Staff Profiles — and development of our house style away from the standard talking heads; — News — external and internal; — Campaigns. The University's approximate expenditure over the last financial year 2013/14 (including VAT if applicable) for Video Agency Services was approximately 150 000 GBP. This figure is indicative and subject to fluctuation as the University gives no assurances or guarantee in regard to the levels of future business.
