Description

The Contract is for a Service to provide independent advocacy and advice about children's rights to children and young people who are Looked After and Accommodated in terms of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 or the Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 and / or involved in the Child Protection process as per the Edinburgh and Lothians Inter-Agency Child Protection Procedures (2015). The Service will be provided for children and young people up to the age of 18. It does not extend to children and young people who are deemed Looked After and living at home.
