Business management system, including system adaptations, cloud services and additional deliveries

OsloMet would like to enter into a contract for 4 years for additional deliveries on an existing contract that will cover the need for consultancy services for technical developments and adaptations of systems in Hypergene, as well as the establishment and operation of a cloud system. OsloMet is a large organisation with a complex structure and would like a strategic partner for the further development of Hypergene. The estimated value will be NOK 3 - 5.5 million excluding VAT. Lot 1: OsloMet currently uses the Hypergene Reporting and Analysis (BI), Hypergene Business Management (Management by Objectives/Risk Management/Annual Cycle), Hypergene Business Reporting, and Hypergene Budgeting and Forecasting modules. OsloMet also uses Hypergene for resource planning and framework calculations. Integrations for UBW and the UBW project (via SIKT), STAR (data warehouse with student data via SIKT), as well as DBH will be established using API queries. OsloMet plans to further develop existing modules and reuse data in new analyses. The cloud service includes the following: Establishment of Hypergene and configuration of the cloud service, VPN connection, configuration of Hypergene production and test environment, etc.. Migration of Hypergene (incl. integrations) from the existing infrastructure to the cloud service including annual technical upgrade to the latest version. Proactive activities and monitoring to ensure a stable and responsive system for the end user. Servers (Application server, Database server).
