79 North Street – Window & Lintel Replacement

Description

The works consist of instructing a LARC to remove the existing windows to the south elevation of 79 North Street complete; supplying and installing new timber sash and case windows to the south elevation complete; removing and replacing isolated cracked external sandstone lintels; removing the internal timber safe lintels and replacing them in pre-cast concrete units where the external lintels are being replaced; stripping the existing zinc flat roof to the rear extension and replacing in lead; and further miscellaneous works.
