Operation of West Links Recreational Facilities - Arbroath

This is a concession opportunity regarding the operation and management of Angus Council owned West Links recreational area on a seasonal basis. Angus Council are looking into the potential of engaging with a suitably experienced contractor to operate the recreational activities at West Links, Arbroath, (inc. toilets and the recently refurbished pavilion) on a seasonal basis - likely April - October. This would be a concession based arrangement whereby the successful candidate would not be paid by Angus Council but rather would be in a position to generate income via the operation of the site. A subsidy may be available to guarantee a min level of income for the appointed operator.
