External Works, Remedials & Drainage

*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded* External repairs to West Kent properties, including but not exclusively: • Excavation of water mains and underground pipe bursts • Excavation of condense soakaways • Excavation of drainage soakaways • Repair and replacement of drainage pipes • Reinstatement works, concreting, paving, block paving, fencing and turfing • Property roofing associated with plumbing and heating works • Roofing associated with garage works • Garage structural and drainage works • Demolition works The contract will be for an initial 5-year term, with up to 3-years extensions, performance depending. The form of contract will be JCT MTC (2024 edition) with standard West Kent amendments. ## Contract award
