CLAIRE WALES TEXTILES & MEDIA MATERIALS REUSE & RECYCLING 2026 FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (MTCBC/CLAIRE/TMR03)

Description

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is acting as Lead Authority (Contracting Authority) on this collaborative procurement on behalf of the CLAIRE (Wales) group of Councils and is awarding the tender for the collection of textile and media materials from Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC), Bring sites and kerbside for reuse and recycling. This award will put in place a Framework Agreement where participating CLAIRE (Wales) members will be able to create and award individual Call-Off Contracts with the successful tenderer for the Services described in the Specification. ## Contract award Title: LOT 1 - Textile materials from household waste recycling centres (HWRCs) and bring sites Lots: - Lot 1: Textile materials from household waste recycling centres (HWRCs) and bring sites ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 2: Media materials from HWRCs and bring sites ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 3: Textile materials from kerbside collections ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 4: Textile materials from HWRCs and bring sites AND Textile materials from kerbside collections ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 5: Duvets and Pillows from HWRCs and bring sites
