Description
Die Hochschule Neu-Ulm beabsichtigt, ein Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) in der Verwaltung in konkreten Projektstrukturen umzusetzen und flächendeckend einzuführen. In den drei Fakultäten Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informationsmanagement und Gesundheitsmanagement sowie dem Zentrum für Weiterbildung sind derzeit 80 Professoren/Lehrende und 46 wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Im Bereich der Verwaltung sind es ca. 120 Mitarbeiter. Somit kann im Endausbau von ca. 250 Anwendern des DMS ausgegangen werden. Beschaffung und Einführung eines elektronischen Dokumentenmanagementsystems and der Hochschule Neu-Ulm.
