Description

Severn Wye Energy Agency has been awarded a grant of £1.5 million, as part of The National Lottery Community Fund’s (TNLCF) Climate Action Fund, to deliver a new 5-year community support programme called Energised Communities.We are seeking the services of an experienced and suitably qualified organisation to monitor and evaluate the programme. Successful bidders will have a track record of evaluating programmes supporting community led initiatives and climate action.The evaluation will assess the effectiveness, impact and outcomes of the programme while providing insights and recommendations for future improvements. The monitoring, evaluation and learning associated with the Energised Communities programme will need to be undertaken in an iterative way. This document sets out the scope, timetable, cost for the proposed work, as well as the requirements in terms of responding to this tender.
