DLR Co Co - Establishment of Multiple Operator Framework Agreement, Contractors - Minor Civil Engineering / Maintenance / Refurbishment Works

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council (DLRCC) wishes to establish a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Bituminous Pavement Contractors for minor road schemes within the DLRCC area. Works to be carried out under this Framework will range in value from €0 to €75,000 (excl VAT). DLRCC intends to use a two stage process for the establishment of this Framework Agreement. Stage 1 of the competition will comprise the response to this Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). It is intended that provided there are sufficient suitable Applicants, the ten (10) highest ranked Applicants will be invited to participate in stage two of the competition which will comprise a tender for an initial 'Call-off Contract' and the Framework Agreement.
