Description

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust requuires a gritting and snow clearance serrvice contract for car parks, roadways and walkways at its sites across Dorset and surrounding areas. The Trust requires the supplier to obtain reliable weather forecast data in order to implement consistenet and defensible decision making arrangements for precautionary salting, providing surety of treatment and protection against litigation.The supplier will be required to provide additional treatments on an ad-hoc basis within 8 hours of instruction from DHC representatives. The supplier will be required to operate a fleet pf properly maintained appropriate vehicles and plane, with GPS tracking facilities, full back up and sufficient supplies of salt.
