Aberystwyth University wishes to procure a coffee supplier for Aberystwyth Arts Centre. The appointment will be by a process of competitive quotation A minimum of 1,235kg pa of good quality coffee & decaf beans based on the trading need. As a guide, the café is busy throughout the year with a robust daily trade and therefore this requirement can be evenly divided over a 12 month period. However, there are trading peaks dependent on the Arts Centre’s artistic programme and events within the University calendar. We would anticipate the successful supplier would be able to meet these demands.
