VEAT notice of the agriculture and horticulture development board’s intention to award a contract to DPM Services Ltd to provide QSM Administration services and scheme management for members in the UK and Europe. DPM Services Ltd will continue to manage the operational running of the scheme in addition to strategic input on the scheme’s opportunities. Continue to offer state aid advice, work with the QSM Auditing supplier to assist and arrange timelines for audit, produce and dispatch certificates on receipt of finalised audit reports, and continue running the QSM member hotline and database (dispatching, storing and designing member materials where required). This VEAT notice is to cover 18 months starting from 1 September 2020 until the 31 March 2022, allowing AHDB board and leadership team time to review and determine the future strategic objectives and services required to support this.
