Description

The contest is for the delivery of school camp services for the schools in Vestby Municipality. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. A budget of NOK 916 000 excluding VAT has been put aside for school camp accommodation that includes camp accommodation for pupils and employees from the home school and costs of the school camp teacher/s. Transport for the school camp is not included in this framework agreement. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. Refer to the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this contract. Framework agreement. The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement. The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2 February 2021 until and including 1 February 2024, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the agreement for up to 3 years, one year at a time. The options will be triggered automatically, as long as the contracting authority has not given notice to the tenderer that the contract will not be extended. The framework agreement has a start-up for school camp accommodation in the school year 2021/2022. The contracting authority will sign contracts with multiple tenderers as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contract will have a total duration of six years due to user and supplier need for planning school camps, as bookings are made several years in advance, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 11-1. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
