Description

The Contracting Authority intends to award concession agreement, in the form of a lease, for the management and operation of a 600 space multi-storey car park at Beaumont Hospital. The Contracting Authority intends that the car park will operate as a public amenity and shall be managed commercially by the successful tenderer. As a concession agreement, the successful tenderer shall be remunerated for the provision of the required services through sales of paid parking to members of the public, and shall bear full economic risk in this regard.
