Description

S1237 - NIEN NEC4 Contract Management Software Platform Northern Ireland Electricity Networks requires the provision of a fully hosted NEC4 Contract Management Platform and associated services to support the delivery and governance of its substation construction programme. This tender seeks a specialist solution that delivers NEC4 native workflows, enforces contractual compliance, supports Options A and C, and provides a single source of truth for all contract administration activities. The successful supplier will be required to provide software, configuration, implementation, onboarding and training, data integration capability, ongoing support and future scalability. These services will be delivered under a 3 year agreement,with fixed pricing. Specific requirements are outlined within the attachments and set out in the NIEN NEC4 Software Tender Response Document. Tenderers are advised to read and understand all documents prior to submission. Quantities and volumes stated in any documentation are indicative only and shall not be binding on NIEN nor constitute a guarantee of minimum demand.
