Exhibition Stand Services - France

Description

The Paris office of Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract with a Supplier/Service Provider for Exhibition Stand Design, Build and Associated Services relating to Trade events in France, including IFTM Top Resa. For evaluation purposes, this tender seeks a exhibition stand design solution for IFTM Top Resa, Paris 17 – 19 September 2024. The Contract Period will be for three [3] years, subject to budget, annual performance review, and other factors. Tourism Ireland may, at its discretion, opt to extend the contract annually for up to two [2] year, up to a maximum term of five [5] years. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in April 2024. Please note that this tender opportunity will be notified to local exhibition stand service providers in France.
