Derbyshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to award a contract to a suitably qualified provider via the ESPO Framework 664_25, Lot 4b - Social Care (Adults and Children's). The aim of this contract is to improve outcomes for children in care by achieving greater value for money in the provision of placement services.\r \r The appointed provider will also be expected to work collaboratively with the Council to embed a clear vision and shared values around the sourcing of appropriate placements. This includes ensuring that placement decisions are driven by robust care planning rather than availability, leading to more informed and effective outcomes for children.
