Framework agreement for the delivery of electrical material. The framework agreement will be valid for 3 years, with an option to extend for up to 2 x 2 years. Lot 1: The framework agreement is for the procurement and delivery of electrical material and the accompanying logistical services. This includes, but is not limited to, the following products: • Cables • Cable cupboards • Line material • Low and high voltage sleeves, cable conduits, and cover plates • Surge diverters, low and high voltage • Masts and foundations • Poles • Electrical installation material • Disconnecting switches • Special tools The tenderer will be responsible for the implementation of all activities, as well as use of the resources that are required to fulfil the requirements in the framework agreement. These activities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Product flow and logistis • Management and administration • Procurements, order management, and stockholding • Interface management • Transport activities • Returns management • Quality assurance and inspections The maximum total value (maximum ceiling) for the framework agreement is NOK 650,000,000 excluding VAT.
