Description

Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to appoint a Contractor to replace the water mains at Whitehurst Gardens, Chirk, due to a current lack of pressure within the main service pipes. The majority of these properties have been sold and are occupied by owner occupiers. There are four occupied properties owned by the Employer. It is anticipated that the Contracted Work will last for 60 days. Work will be let under the JCT Minor Works Contract 2016.
